We provide proactive business tax strategy, entity structure review, asset protection planning, tax credit and deduction review, multi-state tax planning, succession planning, and certified business, M&A, estate and gift tax, litigation support, and buy-sell agreement valuations. The free tax savings review is an introductory consultation and does not, by itself, create a professional engagement. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls over anything stated on the Site in the event of a conflict.
By submitting your phone number through a form on the Site and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice and do not guarantee any specific tax outcome or dollar amount saved. Actual results depend on your business structure, income, deductions, documentation, and applicable tax law, and are confirmed only through an individualized review and, where applicable, a signed engagement agreement. Any statement referencing a specific price, start date, completion date, or guaranteed outcome is binding only if and as set out in a signed engagement agreement, and not as marketing copy on this Site.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and tools, is owned by or licensed to Blue Sky Tax Strategies & Valuations and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited as set out in your signed engagement agreement, if any.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
